Yvonne Seitz-Strittmatter

Yvonne Seitz-Strittmatter has a broad track record in strategic and operational HR management in various industries. Before joining RMS, she was Head of People & Culture at WePractice / Medbase from 2023. Prior to that, she was a member of the management board at Abacus Research AG, responsible for Head of HR, CSR & Communication. From 2015 to 2021, Yvonne Seitz-Strittmatter worked at AXA Switzerland. Initially, she was head of the Diversity, Culture & Engagement division, and from 2019, she was an HR business partner. Yvonne Seitz-Strittmatter began her professional career as an editor and presenter at SRF and 3sat, as well as a freelance journalist for various Swiss media outlets. She holds a Master’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Bern.
